Model and Parts Sales Budgets allow an importer to create detailed models or parts budgets to plan sales quantities and amounts for chosen periods. The budget Is created and then set up to be referenced at sales order time to prevent a dealer from purchasing more than their quota.

  • Model and Parts Sales Budgets allow an importer to create detailed models or parts budgets to plan sales quantities and amounts for chosen periods.
  • Model sales budgets can limit the quantity of each vehicle model an individual dealer may purchase within a set period.
  • Manage your budget as a quota that dealers cannot exceed. This may occur where the model is in extremely short supply or if a big dealer wants to corner the market by purchasing all available stock.

  • In the Budgeting Module, the importer can manage multiple vehicles and parts budgets and quotas by quantity & amount and by customer (OEM – Importer Budget) and vendor (Importer – Dealer Budget).
  • Budgets may be exported as a forecast for the factory (OEM). A particular quota may limit the dealers' ability to place further orders if required.
  • Budgets may be exported or imported from Microsoft Excel, enabling the user first to carry out all data adjustments and calculations in excel.
