Renault Groupe Make Layer for incadea.dms

We are thrilled to share the exciting news of our incadea.dms 7.2 BC version's integration with another make layer. This integration will bring us one step closer to achieving our mission of providing seamless and efficient solutions to our customers.

The interfaces for Renault and Dacia have been developed in collaboration with Renault and our Partner CARYA, based on Renault HQ CDC and CLA requirement documents. These interfaces are usable internationally and are available in an International Make Layer, which includes functionality, interfaces, and customer-facing documents.

Groupe Renault, which includes Renault and Dacia, has developed a layer that contains interfaces for various service areas such as pricing, warranty, recalls, vehicle data, and more. 

They have also established a system for exchanging after-sales information and covering the entire sales cycle, including parts ordering, master data, and RIM (Retail Inventory Management) to help dealers optimize inventory and manage replenishment. 

In terms of sales, the Make Layer includes vehicle model master data, exchange of vehicle invoicing, logistics information, and certain functionalities for used cars. Furthermore, the business management interfaces and reporting required by OEM are considered.
