Switching successfully to incadea.dms

LenGo Automotive Group & incadea

After an extensive search and evaluation of the solutions available in the market, in 2017 the LenGo Automotive Group selected incadea.dms as a dealer management system to be implemented within 7 Dutch branches. In this way LenGo was the first DAF dealer in the Netherlands to take this step.

In search of a solution to support and improve the performance efficiency of LenGo Automotive Group.

LenGo Automotive Group has a clear focus on the world of commercial vehicles, delivering excellent service in sales and after-sales. In the Netherlands, LenGo is active in the sale and maintenance of DAF trucks and other commercial vehicles, the reuse of DAF parts (LenGo Truckparts), repair, maintenance and spare parts for campers (Camper Service Center) and truck stop facilities (Truckstop8).

For a company of a size of LenGo Automotive Group, the main challenge was to find a way to work more efficiently, reduce the number of systems and maintain close ties with the importers DAF, Iveco and Fiat with regard to cooperation and data exchange.

Switching to a different dealer management system is a major challenge for most companies. This switching has a lot of impact on the company and usually means a different working method and different ways of working together. Also it requires extra time for tests to ensure that a new process would run smoothly.

"In addition to the good basis of incadea.dms, which is based on up-to-date Microsoft technology in which you αutomatically benefit from updates, the organization really appealed to us. The scale of incadea, where several countries can be served plus the knowledge of automotive and ERP in general, were main factors in choosing incadea."

// Thanks to the knowledge and preparatory work of LenGo and incadea, switching has become easier for other truck dealers. //

LenGo Automotive Group

The history of the LenGo Automotive Group started in 1959 as an official DAF dealer for the region, known as De Burgh, at that time for both trucks and passenger cars. Until 1985, the company was part of the DAF group. After that, De Burgh was continued by the Lennards and Govers families. They further expanded the company under the name LenGo Automotive Group. The group now no longer focuses solely on the sale and maintenance of DAF trucks and other commercial vehicles; activities such as the reuse of DAF parts (LenGo Truckparts), repair, maintenance and spare parts for campers (Camper Service Center) and truck stop facilities (Truckstop8) are also part of the group. They were DAF Dealer of the Year in 2014 and 2017, DAF Service Dealer of the Year in 2018 and DAF International Dealer of the Year in 2019.
