PSA Benelux appoints incadea.dms

PSA Benelux appoints incadea.dms as an official certified dealer management solution to support regional PSA retailers.

incadea, a leading global automotive retail solutions provider announced that its international dealer management solution – incadea.dms has been officially certified by PSA Benelux to support dealers of the region to manage successfully their automotive business.

The incadea dealer management solution is a powerful and modern DMS solution based on the world-class ERP platform Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The solution enables automotive retailers to optimize performance and increase productivity, while focusing on customer experience. The PSA International Make Layer (IML) of incadea.dms includes interfaces between the DMS and the PSA Group’s standard systems for service, parts, finance and vehicle management. These integrations streamline data exchange and improve data quality, reducing manual workload and allowing employees to have more time for meaningful customer interactions.

This official certification is a continuation of the PSA and incadea agreement signed in 2014, when incadea had been selected as an international DMS software vendor to cover the needs of the OEM’s dealer network. As part of this agreement, incadea has successfully completed eight pilot installations across Belgium and the Netherlands and has received the official endorsement for the entire region, positioning incadea.dms as a fully compliant solution to successfully support PSA dealers’ requirements.
