Announcement: Merger incadea Deutschland GmbH as of April 1, 2020

Munich, 9 April 2020 - incadea Deutschland GmbH, based in Polch, registered in the Commercial Register of the Koblenz District Court under HRB 23825, was merged into incadea GmbH, based in Munich, registered in the Commercial Register of the Munich District Court under HRB 200706, in order to simplify the group structure. The merger took effect with the registration of the merger in the commercial register of incadea Munich on April 1st, 2020.
