The assessment criteria focused on innovation, scientific process, practicality, and effectiveness, which all evaluated solutions must have implemented over one year.
incadea China submitted the case study for “Innovative Localization of International Auto Industry Management Solution”, describing how the team at incadea China combined its extensive global auto industry expertise and experience from 100+ markets to meet local needs, and develop the iService mobile after-market service solutions as well as the WeChat service platform. iService is based on the Android operating system and connects directly to the aftermarket store management solution, enabling users to have access to data and optimize processes, whereas WeChat service platform uses the most popular social platform in China in order to enable car dealers to have more effective relationships with their customers.
