incadea, a leading international provider of software solutions and services to the global automotive retail industry, announced that its office in Germany, incadea Deutschland, signed an agreement with Ernst Dello GmbH & Co. KG for the implementation of its dealer management solution, incadea.dms. With 23 branches in northern Germany and subsidiaries Dürkop Gruppe and the Autohaus Hansa Nord Gruppe, Dello is one of the most prominent car dealer groups in Europe.
incadea’s next generation dealer management solution will replace the current in-house DMS supporting approximately 500 end users. The project also includes the implementation of customized international and national brand layers for Opel and Ford – which contain essential integrations with the systems of the respective car manufacturers and are adapted to the local market requirements.
After identifying the need for a modern, proven and comprehensive DMS solution and a thorough evaluation process, incadea.dms was selected as the most adequate solution. Gunnar Schierloh, IT Manager of Ernst Dello, said “The system is based on a well-known Microsoft product that guarantees high quality. In addition, incadea is currently the only software supplier to cover the brand diversity of Dello. The existing broad portfolio of the different brand layers will also enable us to expand our business areas without having to take care of the technical details”.
A major factor in establishing incadea as the right partner was also the company’s global positioning. "incadea is a global player and thus offers great investment security. As incadea is part of Cox Automotive we also see the opportunity for a variety of additional software system ‘synergies’. In recent years, incadea has acted as a reliable partner in the national environment, and we are confident that incadea.dms will provide us with a future-proof and expandable solution for our business”, added Mr. Schierloh.
Jasmino Burkic, Managing Director incadea Deutschland, added: "We are extremely pleased to become the DMS partner of DELLO. We are thus contributing to the modernization of this renowned company and opening up extensive opportunities for further cooperation."
