GME DMS Partners Performance Review 2008

General Motors-Europe surveyed their Opel, Vauxhall, Saab, Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Hummer dealers to evaluate Dealer Management Systems.

GME received a remarkably high 49% response rate, which illustrates the importance dealership management systems hold for dealers. CARLO powered by incadea.engine^® offered by our partner, EDS Mid-market Solutions, received excellent feedback from dealers.  This DMS achieved the highest score of all DMS providers…876 out of 1000 points!

CARLO received the maximum points in the categories DMS Improvements, Product Inventory, and Partner Behavior. Very good results were also recorded in Pricing Policy (95 out of 100), Retail Satisfaction Survey (409 out of 500), and Helpdesk Performance (122 out of 150).

CARLO is the only DMS solution to improve the retail satisfaction results over the previous year. Congratulations to our partner EDS MmS for this great success!
