    Chief Executive Officer
    Patrick has 16 years of experience in the automotive sector, strategy development and implementation of global projects in large organizations. Before joining incadea in 2010, Patrick held significant executive positions with a proven track record of success in leading international teams. Specifically, he spent seven years in General Motors Europe, responsible for the Global DMS strategy and in 2008, he was appointed to lead retail, CRM and digital marketing strategies and implementation. In 2000, he joined Booz Allen, where he worked as a strategy and management consultant for the automotive industry. Prior to this he was responsible at EDS/HP for the implementation of various large automotive IT projects.

    Patrick holds a master’s degree in Computer science from Karlsruhe University, Germany and an MBA from Bradford Management School, UK.

    Alexandros Tsaparas was named Chief Financial Officer of incadea Group in October 2011 to lead the company’s financial and accounting operations worldwide. He has nearly 15 years of diverse experience in financial and corporate organizations, and combines extensive management and product expertise primarily in corporate banking, debt origination, FX and interest liability banking and equity finance. Before joining incadea, Alexandros held several financial executive positions, in large organizations, including OTE Group where he served as the Chief Financial Controller and was instrumental in setting up procedures and regulations for financial departments. He was also responsible for directing financial operations and project leader for the IPO of OTE Group subsidiary, OTE Properties S.A. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2010 he was Head of Debt Capital Markets at Citigroup for Greece and Cyprus, responsible for Fixed Income markets, including origination of Bond Issuance Loan syndications and debt facilities for IPO’s for Corporate and Financial Institutions clients. From 2001 to 2006, he held a number of senior roles and at ATE-Bank in the corporate finance department. He has also served on boards of directors in several financial institutions.

    Alexandros holds master’s degrees in Finance and Accounting as well as in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Hannover, Germany.

    Panos has more than 15 years of experience in the IT solutions for business. Before joining incadea in 2014, Panos was in Microsoft where he spend 11 years in the Microsoft Business Solutions group being responsible for the ERP and CRM business, with his last position being the Lead for a cluster of 24 countries in Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to that he worked to IBM and Hyperion Systems Engineering as a SAP consultant and ERP business unit manager respectively. He holds an MBA from Imperial College, UK and a BCs from CASS Business School, UK.

    As the Vice-President Sales and Marketing, Rafal focuses on the strategic positioning of the incadea products and services towards the new customers and maintaining successful relationships with the existing ones. Before joining incadea in 2011 as the Global Services Director, Rafal held leading positions at General Motors Europe, being responsible for the GME Dealer Management System Project, assuring processes between GME, DMS vendors and GM Retail network in Europe. With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Rafal gained significant market expertise, his personal passion being the newest trends and innovation.

    Dealer Management Solutions Vice President
    Dimitra Dimitropoulou is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful planning and implementation of incadea's professional services globally. She has extensive experience of professional services, gained from senior positions within the automotive and software industry. Prior to her current position, from 2009 to 2011, Dimitra was the Managing Director of incadea South Eastern Europe, responsible for directing regional operations. Before that, she spent a significant number of years with Real Consulting Group as VP - Microsoft Division, a vertical business unit within the organization. In addition to a successful career in the business software industry, Dimitra held a number of managerial positions in Mercedes Benz, which she joined in 1987 as management trainee and subsequently was promoted to an executive position, responsible for overseeing software implementation of European projects. In 1996, she joined Daimler, where she led the implementation of an automotive software solution for Europe and Japan.

    Dimitra holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Piraeus, Greece.

    Global Engineering Vice President
    Karsten Rudolph is responsible for directing incadea’s product strategy, including product creation, from definition to delivery. Karsten has 18 years of international experience in software development and project management, including Infineon Technologies, Agere Systems, Siemens AG Mobile Devices and Marx – Datentechnik, where he started his career in 1993. His extensive experience in steering complex and large product projects in a distributed international software development environment, setting product and platform technology strategies, leading software product development and driving strategic partnerships led Karsten to being appointed Senior Director Solutions Management when joining incadea in 2009. Two years later, he was promoted to the CTO position.

    Karsten has a Diploma in Electronics and Information Technology from Technical University Dresden.

    Chris Karkanis is the Executive Vice President responsible for the Product Life-Cycle Management business area at the incadea Group starting from the requirements management and scanning the automotive IT market trends to the coordination of decisions related where the products strategy of incadea should be focused. Being a graduate of the University of Patras in Greece with the Masters in Electrical Engineering / Computer Technology, Chris has over 20 years experience in the development and management of various ERP systems. He started his professional career in 1993 at EDS Greece and his first projects were already connected to the automotive sector, more specifically GM. To the initial local assignements gradually regional and international projects of significant impact got added, which ensured that he always kept abreast with the latest automotive ERP and DMS tendencies, what is more, as a credible opinion leader in many instances also shaping them. His indepth understanding of the links between the automotive business and the intricacies and potential of the various IT solutions got harnessed by incadea at the end of 2012, since when he has also became the main contributor to and guarantee of the innovations in the main incadea products of cvrm, myengine and incadea.bi.

    Strategy and Expansion Vice President
    Dirk De Beer joined incadea in July 2014 as EVP for Strategy and Expansion focusing on acceleration of the geographic and business expansion of the company. He has close to 18 years of international experience in IT and BPO outsourcing, including near and offshore components, with a focus on the automotive, banking and hospitality industries. Prior to joining incadea, Dirk was Director of BPO for the French, Mediterranean, Middle East and African markets at Hewlett Packard based out of Paris. Previously, he held executive positions at Hewlett Packard and EDS in various functions including business development, management consulting, account and country management with a special focus on turnaround projects, organizational changes, rapid business expansion and complex regional and global delivery projects. On various multi-year assignments, he spent time working in Russia, Turkey, Hungary, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and France and he fluently speaks five languages. In his last role at Hewlett Packard, he managed a global BPO CRM project delivered from 7 onshore, near shore and offshore centers out of a.o. India, Brazil, Morocco, the Philippines and China.

    Dirk holds a master´s degree in Translation at the Vlaamse Koninklijke Hogeschool in Antwerpen, and a master´s degree in International Trade at EHSAL Management School in Brussels), to which later on he added certifications in Mergers and Acqusitions (2007), then in Advanced Management Program (2008) from the Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School.

    Being fluent in Hungarian, Romanian and English, while also speaking German, Emil Pall started his HR career on the consultancy side at SHL South-East Europe (SHL CEB) being in charge of localizing the SHL psychometric and assessment instruments; he ran numerous assessment and development, and organizational development projects, 360° feedbacks and HR-specific trainings and coaching. After the years spent at SHL he was invited over as Business Manager for an international recruitment company, CVO Group, first leading one of the three specialist recruitment divisions, Technology Recruitment, then becoming the Country Manager in Hungary. Emil Pall joined the CEE office PDI Ninth House (KornFerry) in September, 2008 as Regional Strategy Consultant, where he was accountable for delivering a variety of consulting services with a strong focus on leadership and organizational development and assessment, coaching and training, was a member of various Development Centre Global Teams, after which in January 2011 he moved to the customer side, taking the role of Joint HR Mange for Diebold Hungary Manufacturing and Diebold Hungary Sales and Services (Diebold Nixdorf).

    Since September 2013 Emil has been working at the Munich Headquarters of incadea Group. He came to the group as International HR Operations Manager, and then he has become fully responsible for the overall HR function as Director, then Senior Director HR within the fast-paced and quickly growing company. In April 2016 Emil was appointed Vice President Human Resources for the incadea Group/COX Automotive International Software, overlooking the global HR function on the operative, tactical and strategic levels.

    Emil studied English Language and Literature and Applied Linguistics at Eötvös Loránd University Budapest, Hungary, having a MA degree, got qualified in Psychodrama Group Therapy at the Hungarian Psychodrama Association, and has a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the Deutsche Universität für Weiterbildung in Berlin.
